I am a lyricist

Devi darling inspired me to write this:

They say i flirt,
But I only talk,
I only told them,

gimme a lift,
and gimme gifts,
or else i'll walk,
and let u talk,
alone!

And I showed this to a few of my friends =)

See, he said it's NOT BAD^^
NOT BAD, means GOOD lah~
LOL, two negatives make a positive!!! Haha XD

ROFL...all praise the top lyricist--> Peas^^ *cheers*

Although one said~

He said I had too much time on my hands??? Maybe...
BUT, the main point is that he asked,
"Did u seriously write that yourself?"

*snicker* it actually implies is TOO GOOD to be written by me. ROFL.
copyrights to Peas! So, if Britney starts singing something like that, it's by ME ;p

and just to proof that I am the original lyricist:

1's are ORIGINALS!
Coming up with NEW ideas is NATURAL.

*yes, I am so happy and hyper today, I wonder why too. Hehe^^*

weird

I woke up this morning,
with britney spears OLD OLD song running through my head.

I'm sure you all would know this song,
the lyrics go.....

"Baby," I said, "please stay.
Give our love a chance for one more day"
We could have worked things out
Taking time is what love's all about

But you put a dart
Through my dreams through my heart
And I'm back where I started again
Never thought it would end

It's called "from the bottom of my broken heart". It's such an emo kind of song. But don't worry, Peas is doing fine. In fact, she's got too much time that she actually choose and editted a new layout for her bloggie. Peas will only use it when she goes to Scotland^^

Yes, I'm so ready for Scotland.
Gimme my visa,
Gimme the money,
Gimme the air ticket,
and I'll grab my bags and fly^^

(okay, i know some are actually reluctant to leave their family and all, but somehow, that's just not what i'm feeling right now. I just can't wait to go travel^^)

side note: BTN's next week @ Tanjung Rhu, Sepang.
Apparently, it's a really nice place (CY stalked someone, and led me to the blog as well).
So keep your fingers crossed, I'm gonna take pics^^

See my fat face = =
That lady in red with pohyee, is me.
Me...my face used to be slimmer and sharper (back in sem 1 of IMU)

Now...2 years later...i gained so much weight that it can be seem through my face. T.T

No visa

It's another month to go before I'm supposed to go to Scotland.

But still NO visa yet.

No visa = No Scotland *sigh*

Anyways, that isn't really a biggie because I'm not the only one without a visa.
The whole class is without visa i.e everyone's in this seemingly sinking boat.
And this is not due to our incompetence, but due to the errors done by strathclyde.

First, the offer letter got delayed, leaving everyone scratching their heads.
Then, the offer letter arrived! Many were delighted and some quickly sent in their visa application to vfs.

And so we all thought we'd be getting our visa safely.

Few days later, those previously-happy-people were informed that the offer letter had errors!!!!!

Yes, some errors in that offer letter. So now, we have to wait for a NEW offer letter (which has to fly across the seas *sweat*)

Luckily for us, jpa scholars, the financial affidavit by JPa had some errors and thus no jpa scholars could submit our visa earlier)

_____________________________________________________

side note: Peas is still emo-ing these few days.
She thought she'd be better after 3 weeks of break up, but she isn't.
But time heals everything.
A new environment will help as well, peas wanna go Scotland soon.

An unplannned 1 day trip on Labour's Day

Peas went to catch a movie yesterday morning.

The latest cantonese movie starring Edison Chen (the infamous dude who slept with so many pretty movie stars). I got two weird responses when I mentioned this movie.

Guy A: What? You're gonna go watch it? I don't think I'd dare to watch it.
Peas: Why?

Guy A: Cause I'm afraid that when I see Edison, I will see the girls he slept with instead.

Peas: @.@

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy B: You know what?

Peas: What?

Guy B: Edison is my idol.

Peas: Why?

Guy B: What? You don't agree? How many ppl can brag that they slept with so many pretty girls?

Peas: @.@
______________________________________________________________

Anyways, the movie was okay. Nothing much to shout about.

The highlight of the day was the unplanned trip after watching the movie.
PeiLi was talking about going to this place called Niu Ze Xui @ Ara Damansara,
and so we decided we should!

(Peas was having fun playing with photoshop and did all this^^)

1. on Arrival at NZX(Niu Ze Xui)
2. The girls decided to take pictures
More Pictures

More pictures
and of course, MORE pictures
So much so, that as we left NZX
We were greeted by this sight..
LOL >.<

Okay, the story didn't actually go in that flow. (Peas changed it a little to make it more interesting ;p) But the two guys DID get bored while waiting for us girls.

So now you know what girls do when they take a long time when they're out. *winks*

Finally, the guys were glad that the girls are ready to make a move.
But the day was still young, and we didn't know where to go.
Bunny suggested to go to lookout point to enjoy the scenery, and next thing you knew, we drove all the way there^^

We reached the place around 6.15pm. A little too early, but we managed to get a good seat with a great view to enjoy the sunset and the changes of the day....

Happy people!
Of course, now it's time for the guys to have some fun.
We girls, on the other hand, were enjoying the view...
Hehe^^

That sums up my unplanned-one-day-trip on Labour's Day!

Photoshopping~

Peas was bored.

So she searched on you tube, for tutorials on how to change your hair color.
And the result of it is:

1. Blue-headed Peas! (scary?)

2. Green-headed Peas (pohyee's favourite colour, as well as to match the colour of the lovely flowers on my top^^)

3. Purple -headed Peas (something milder)
4. Blonde Peas + reddish brown headed Renly^^
(I decided we both should go re-dye our hair! ;p)
And now,
the original pic stolen from renly's facebook album.
Yes. I changed the lighting a bit, and added a border ;p

So, which hair colour suits me best?
a. blue
b. green
c. purple
d. blonde
e. none (they all look so badly editted *sobs*)

*Note*
Peas wanna learn how to do a makeover using photoshop! Thank all the good things in life that youtube has free photoshop tutorial videos!

*extra note*
I choose this pic, coz I like it lah..
But for the next time, I'm gonna use a solo pic of....poh yee?? (since she only dyed her hair once, it'd be fun to see what turns out >.<)

Tired

This week wasn't what I imagined.

I imagined that it would have been long long hours of clerking cases.
Instead, my first 2 days were fairly good. I reached home before 3pm on both days =)
Then on the 2nd and 4th day, I reached home at 4pm.

It's rather tiring, but I managed to squeeze time into:

- watching some tv shows.
- packing my luggage (esp after finding out that PohYee packed a whopping 40kgs into her luggage) sadly I didn't fare that well in trying to pack within the allocated weight of 20kg (or so I thought)

*note* the following content has been edited after wen chin asked me,

"are you sure there's nothing wrong with your weighing scale?"

which I then answered "it's not" confidently,
and promised her some pictures of my "supposedly overweight" luggage.

And so, I did.

I went up, took a picture of what I have accumulated in my luggage.
Weighed it, took a picture. ( I thought it's 30kg)

Took out the items, took a picture of the items, and realised it's actually quite a lot of stuff.

And then I saw that my empty luggage was 10kg.
Wait...10kg?
I thought it was 5kg.
(I thought to myself, still unaware that I had actually misread the 30lbs for 30kg)

Then I looked closer and saw the red numbers *gasped*
and figured I might as well be the dumbest girl on the universe for reading a weighing scale wrongly. LOL~~~~

Thank goodness wen chin asked me that question,
IF not, I would be thinking that my luggage was overweight, and stopped packing altogether!!

Somehow, packing is fun.
Maybe because I always try on my own clothes while I pack. Yes. I try on my own clothes, just to see if I still fit them. And sadly, I found out that a few pants were too sexy tight for my big-fat-ass. *sigh* So while I pack, I clean my closet!

Another good deed done. *cheers*

Wait, what about the pharmcare issues which one is supposed to look out for during hospital attachment? Unfortunately, I skipped that whole part, and was busy settling my visa thing.

The visa application (which till now has yet to be completed)
is a tedious, and tiring, and saddening case,
especially when you have been waiting so long to get the offer letter,
and when JPA gave a not-so-complete financial affidavit.

So, that makes life a sad thing.
In the end, I doubt we'll make it to Perhentian.
Which is good in its own way, as I'm planning to save money >.<

p/s: a patient died in the ward while I was clerking another patients' case. I knew that he was having complications, as doctors crowded around him (and more doctors or nurses came). But I didn't know that he passed away, until my lecturers mentioned that a patient on that bed died.......

IMU Ball 2009 ~

I know I'm a little backdated. My apologies dear bloggie.
Peas have been a little preoccupied after the ball.

Preoccupied watching Gossip Girl!
Yes, my starting on gossip girl is a little backdated as well, BUT, Peas have finally completed season 1 and season 2 till episode 17!!! *cheers* (currently, I am streaming the next few episodes online, but the internet connection is really really BAD = =)

Back to the ball.....
The ball, erm, was FANTASTIC!!!
LOL~ (from my point of view as a committee member ;p)

It started off a little late (it was rather late = = because people can't camwhore enough, that they needed HOURS before the ball to take them = = poor peas on the other hand, didn't take enough. In fact, the pictures I took are disappointingly minimal!!!

I forgot to take a picture of the ballroom's entrance = =
I forgot to take a picture with the butterfly ice carving = =
I didn't even take pictures with the block letters (did I??)
I didnt get to take a full length picture in the hotel's BIG BIG mirror >.<
I didn't get to take nice solo shots of myself = =
I didnt take pictures with MANY MANY ppl *sigh, this is the WORST sorrow of them all*

If there is a next time, I will not be a ball committee!!!!!

Though it was a sweet experience, but I doubt it's as nice as you being a guest instead of an organizer. You'll get to enjoy more, and there wouldn't be the hassle of running around the hall collecting votes and counting them.
Not to mention, me having to dismantle the decoration items, in my ball dress and heels *sigh*

Before the ball, I was hammering away. (nailing the red arch together). I guess I must have looked overly masculine (yes, a girl who can hammer in nails better than guys is consider masculine;p) so much so, that a guy from the event company i.e an outsider told me,

"You're in the wrong course, aren't you?

You should be doing something like architecture or something."

= =''
I guess that's goodbye to my feminine side~~~~~

However, as a ball committee, I achieved my original goal of joining which was to gain invaluable experience. Along the line, I met many new friends which proved to be good company =) And of course, being part of the committee, is something that I am proud of ^^

I shall not elaborate more, but let pictures do the talking!!!!
one of the many things I did pre-ball, deco!!!!!

ahh....my masterpiece!!! (the cover was designed by elaine, but the content was done by me, so friends, keep it!!!!!!!! hehe =)

after the hard work, it's time to dress up and glam up. Both pictures are me with my hair set =) the only difference is before and after make up. I like my after make-up shots without flash, but the ballroom was TOO dark, so I had to on the flash, which in the end, made me look like some shiny monster *sobs*

more deco work~ The only thing done by me is the block letters behind! I outline them all with purple strips of paper!!! (except the 09 numbers;p)

other than nice deco, we had a special light performance =)

our lovely prom queen, and cute prom king. wait, both of them are CUTE^^

The committee members on stage for the toasting ceremony. Can you spot me?

the flowers!!!

and P107!!! The batch that rocks!

I'm okay~

I'm doing jz fine. Really!

I shall still call myself Peas, coz it sounds cute. LOL~~

I'm actually glad that I have things to do in uni i.e ball-related stuff, as it takes my mind away from unnecessary worries.

Unnecessary indeed. I'd still need to look pretty for my ball right? hehe =)

Thank you for the memories

It was sweet while it lasted.

Emo?
Yeah, it is.

I jz broke up with Carrots (which many of you have also fondly call him).
And I would say it's a mutual agreement between the both of us.

I'd half expected us to break up. Because I had that thought.
But not when it's uttered from his mouth.

It'd hurts. But as they all say, time heals.
However, for now, the tears would come by so often, that I wonder where all the H20 came from. I'd also get reminded of what my primary school teacher once told the class when he'd "rotan" or caned anyone of us.

He'd tell us,
"I'm doing you all a favor. When you cry, you'll clean your eyes and keep them moisturized."

So right now, my eyes are SUPER moisturised. = =

Sunday, April 12, 2009

i'm okay~

yes...i am okay.

after hours of crying on the phone,
and tearing till my eyes swell,
i'm finally okay =)

*cheers*
i wanna go put on my eye mask now,
let's pray the swollen eyes will subside^^

lost

Just as I finally finalized the ball's booklet, and have a free weekend to spare,
it felt as if a part of me died.

I'm feeling a little lost, and confused.
Why so?

I don't even know. It's just a spur of sadness.
I think too much, and maybe, just maybe, I need too much.

If you'd a boyfriend, who hasn't seen you for 4 weeks, how would you feel?

updates

the week flashed by a jiffy,
i seriously felt as if i didnt hv time for myself.

monday, i forgot what i did, i think chin yeong and sin ye came over to get their medical check up done, then they came over, and we headed out to pick up 12 imu-rians who were stuck doing hospital attachment in Klang. lol~ brought them out for a bak kut teh session, then brought them to jusco, whereby i bought a belt and a clutch bag, thanks to you zhuan's recommendation. lol, after that, cy, sinye and i met up with some incovarians, came back, had a mini pillow talk session with cy and sinye and thus slept really late.

tues, woke up late. went back uni after lunch. spent the afternoon trying to settle the booklet thingy, loads of logos were missing. came back late around 9pm. did more booklet work at home.

weds, went uni early. came back from uni with sinye and cy. spent another dinner with the 12 hospital attached ppl. came back, did more booklet work.

thurs, went back to uni with sinye and cy. helped out with the ball again. practised the ballroom dance which i am suposed to be doing. i am stiff, and bad in dancing. but somehow i had to dance = = i am dying~

firday, went back to uni again to become a judge for the prom king and queen event. finally got home a little earlier than expected. and then did more work.

finally, i have some time for myself. but now as I sit in front of the laptop, somethings feels missing.... @.@

and point to note: 4 weeks of peas not seeing carrots = =

I am getting old~~~

It's been a long week...so long that I can't even remember what I did~ LOL~~~~~~
Lemme think....*thinks hard*

Sunday...bummed at home, prepared the slides for my presentation...
Monday...
I was supposed to go to uni at 9am to watch the first group to present their case study for PP3. Woke up at 8am and saw an sms from my ride to uni, telling me that he's not gonna go early coz he's got a report to complete = =''

So, waited till 3.30pm before my ride finished his report = =''
Reached uni at 4.30pm, whereby everyone's almost done with their presentation. Thankfully, I managed to squeeze some time to discuss about the case with one of my group mates. *phew*

Then, I headed of with ah ken to Chew Ning's place to get ready to head out to PJ for the convo magazine committee dinner^^ Whee~
The makan place was a little cafe in Uptown PJ, and the price was really reasonable. But of course, when the price is reasonable, you get a smaller portion....

pic is a courtesy from Chew Ning who tagged it as: wen yi: y is my dish so small. *hmph*
isn't it cute???
well, not me lah~ i meant the icon ;p

So, in the end, one has to resort to sharing:
And of course, getting a little bite of Devi's yummy pizza:
And to sum the night up,
great food, great ppl, GREAT convo magazine! LOL~

Tuesday... woke up early at 6.00am after bumming a night at pohyee's sister's place. Ended up going to uni at 8am to help out the ball, by looking after the booth, and to sell t-shirts, promote the prom king and queen voting booth~ came back home at around 6.30pm, chilled and prepared more for my presentation.

Wednesday....woke up early again, at 6.00am to drop off my mum for work, so that i can use her car, then renly and chin yeong came over to do their medical check-up. I did more of my work then we went jusco, where chin yeong got her prom dress =) *phe-weet* Long night, as I skipped the Teluk Gong session with renly, cy, and my other batchmates, coz I had to head down to PJ to pick up my dad.

Thursday, another early day, woke up at 7am to head to uni for my presentation, helped out the ball by taking care of the booth and getting more votes in again, and headed off to Times Square at 4.30pm to catch the movie: Too Fast Too Furious 4.

The movie was good^^ Good looking girls, and nice cars, and of coz, vin diesel and his cute co-start^^

The biggest drama that day was that my dad's car got clamped becoz i parked in a parking lot which is no longer under my friend's lot, as none of us were residents in Vista anymore. = =''
I tried talking my way out of it, jz to save the RM50, but failed, so i cried, and the next thing I knew, the clamps were gone, and no payment was required! LOL~ (it's actually a long story, but i'm tired to type it all out ;p)

Friday. Finally a day where I could rest a little, but the rest was short lived, as I had to begin to prepare the layout for the ball's booklet. (yes, I am the publicity manager, but due to certain circumstances, I'm currently dealing with the booklet as well..)

*i ALMOST forgot this~ I had steamboat with my lovely secondary schoolmates on friday night^^ no wonder i felt as if i missed something out ;p
I AM getting old~~~~~

and the best part which hit me on the face was when the girls talked about marriage.
*ponders*
marriage.....those who are attached have already planned when they're gonna get married. And most said it'll be in a few years time. *thinks really really hard*
When more than 1 of your friends talk about marriage, u ARE getting old..... = =
Renly is another example ;p

Saturday, my uncle and my cousin dropped by from Penang, went for my uncle's birthday party that night. In between, were more hours of preparing the booklet.

Sunday, went to jusco, prepared the layout for the booklet, updated the ball's blog, another long day again.

Monday is today. I need my rest, but that's not gonna happen anytime soon = =''
gtg meet the booklet's printer now~ bye bye dear bloggie~

Movie review: Talentime

Before the movie review, let's start off with my "hectic" day right after PP2's paper.

PP2 ended at 4.30pm and was followed by another PP2-like "lecture" by a lecturer who flew over from Scotland to "brief" us regarding what we should expect in Glasgow. It was rather disappointing as I felt most of the things mentioned have been covered by a pre-departure talk given by our seniors. Haha..

Nevertheless, when the "briefing" ended around 6.30pm, we were all hyped out about going out and having our hungry stomachs filled!! Hehe^^ It was a long discussion and we decided to head to Pyramid for our dinner at 8pm =)

After a yummy dinner in Zanmai Sushi we headed off to Quattro in Avenue K.
It was a nice place to take pictures like this,

and this,

but the dance floor wasn't nice at all. It was packed till the max, which means no space to dance around. It was just people standing around = ='' Thus the conclusion is, the place is over rated! Go once to take pics, and dont go again. LOL~~~~

Since the place wasn't as entertaining as we'd hoped, we headed back to vista and had a drinking night out while playing "sek chai". This is the second time around we played it, and still it never ceases to entertain. ROFL~

We played and played till the wee hours of the morning till Sinye's apartment punya apartment decided to call it a day. The three musketeers however, we in no shape to "balik" so they stayed back and in the end we chatted and chatted till it was 8am! Yes, since the birds are out chirping and the sun was out shining so brightly, we decided to go have Dim Sum in Sri Petaling. Haha....

Anyways, the day continued on with a meeting regarding IMU Ball, which was then followed by a sumptous food tasting session in Marriott!! Ngek ngek ngek~

The food was seriously good. Especially the lamb meat. Peas like lamb, so I'm biased towards the lamb!! Haha, I shall upload the pictures of the food in the Ball's blog soon =)

By the time the food tasting ended, I got back to vista at 6.30pm whereby I immediately started packing my stuff to load it ALL back home~ I had sooo many stuff that the entire car was almost filled up! And now that my stuff is back in Klang, my room is in a mess, but the cleaning will have to come later. I'm so preoccupied doing other stuff like blogging, sleeping, chatting and watching drama now. Haha~ Plus I have to prepare for my PP3 presentation~~~ *sigh*

The yesterday, after a good night's sleep, I went out to catch a local movie called Talentime (click here to go to the official website of the movie, you can have a look at the preview there as well =) OR you can also learn more about the movie from wikipedia.

It's a movie by Yasmin Ahmad, the director of the famous "sepet".
The story revolves around a school talentime show, and involves the stories of the participants. It was touching, and funny at the same time. The one thing I admire about the director is that she dares to put those issues such as how Chinese students are the "kiasu" ones, how Indians get involved in fights among one another, and other issues which I found trully related to me, a Malaysian.

It's a simple movie, nothing fancy. SO don't expect flying saucers with blazing lights nor big robots or big action scenes. It's just a movie about love and life. It was 2 hours long, so it did get draggy at some point, but overall, I think it's worth it to support the local director =) And honestly, I think that the director Yasmin Ahmad is a really nice person especially after I visited her blog. Hehe... btw, she's got a new blog here.

btw, i took this from Yasmin Ahmad's blog. Isnt this guy cute? *giggles*
LoL~ he's one of the actor in the movie who used his real name on screen. LOL~ he's called Ka Hoe, but he didnt look so cute in the movie. LOL~ If he'd been smillling throughout the movie I would have went

"awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww......so cute!!!!!"

all the way throughout the movie.. haha;p

Wait, I baru perasan that I havent talked much about the movie. haha, and since i'm lazy, i'll jz extract it from wikipedia lah~

The following is a rough story given by Yasmin in her October 15, 2007 entry on her blog:

"A music teacher, who is herself a great performer is organising an inter-school talentime. Through the days of auditions, rehearsals and preparations, running up to the big day of the contest, the characters get embroiled in a world of heightened emotions - ambition, jealousy, human comedy, romance, heartbreak - all of which culminate in a day of great music and performances."

Yasmin also mentioned that the idea behind Talentime: That as humans, we have to go through a lot of pain and some measure of suffering before we can reach greater heights.

Go watch and support the movie! And one more thing,
I LOVED the music used in the movie!
And there were a few short poems which were lovely, such as

"If the moon can linger in the morning so bright, why can't the sun do the same at night?" -Melur-

Exams Free~

Whee^^ The exams are finally OVER!!!

After being deprived of the internet for almost 2 weeks (as we canceled our internet service in Vista) I am so glad to be back home, where internet lies in abundance. Hehe^^

Regarding the exams, I hope that I can pass so that I can sit on the plane and fly to Scotland asap~~ Whee^^

I shall update my blog more often, hopefully =)

Till then, happy holidays peepz~
and see you soon^^

updates~

Whee~ I got my prom dress^^
It was on discount, which made me even happier~

Exam-wise, don't worry, as long as I pass I'm gonna get through to Scotland.

I did a medical check-up for JPA, and one of the tests was the Mantoux Test to test for tuberculosis = =
I already had my bcg, and I still needed to pay rm65 for that jab = =''

And I jz found out that medical expenses aren't cheap *sigh*
I brought RM250 to the medical centre, thinking it'd be enough to cover the 4 simple tests that I did. In the end, the bill came to Rm290.45.

I was like, "how much????"

RM290.45 came the reply.

*silence*

Feeling half-dumbfounded by the expensive fee, and half of embarrassment, I said
"I'm sorry, I didnt bring enough cash, could you wait a moment."

*sigh*

I am still fussin over my prom dress

OMG~~~

I am still fussing over my prom dress.
Last night, I think I dreamt about prom dresses T.T

Then I bugged PohYee's boyfriend to figure out how her dress will look like. T.T
OMG~ I am like paranoid~

If i were half that paranoid about my studies as the dress, I'm sure I would be pulling my hair out and be half bald by now. *Imagines myself being bald.......scary betul*

And right before I slept off, I had to vent out my frustrations on facebook where I got comments asking me to wear nothing *sweats*

Well, if I wore nothing, the whole of IMU would think I went bananas~
And get some psychiatric student to diagnose me with some weird disorder~
Or worse still, some people will snap my birthday suit pictures and post it up the internet! And once the picture is up, people will make a big issue out of it.

For instance, Carrots told me the other day about a "drama" happening in UM: University Malaya, where the chinese girls wore some "revealing" clothes during an event, and were said to be "half naked" or separuh bogel. *sweats*

Anyways, since the main reason I am stressing over the dress is money,
Carrots said he wanna sponsor half...*aww...so nice* but i'm not gonna take it. I'm an egoistic being! wahahahaha!

Then this morning, I awoke to my mum by my bed, telling me to take some money from her to buy the dress and she left the money by my side *wahh...money again*
Yes, but I feel a little bit erm...bad for taking her money.

So, if it's possible, I dont wanna use my mum's money. Still stuck with my prom dress obsession, I sat in front my laptop since the moment I woke up, till now doing things like:

- searching ebay for cheap clothes,
- reading forums on where to get nice clothes,
- I even resorted to watching online videos on how to make your own simple dress!!! *double sweats*

I am still undecided, I'm thinking that i'll alter the dress that I have now, and if THAT doesnt come out nice, I'll most likely go buy the dress~~~

Okay, back to mugging, that should be my main priority now instead of the dress...LOL~~

Watch Watchmen!!!

LOL~

I was out with Carrots today^^
I think I must have been super happy to go out, because the whole week I didn't want to go out. I have this weird disorder where I feel that going out during study break is a BAD thing. In fact, if I go out longer than required during my study break, I would often feel completely stressed out.

But today wasn't one of those days, I was happy and excited! LOL~~~
Anyways, we went to Pyramid to watch WATCHMEN..

I give it 2 thumbs up!!
Whee~
1. It's good. The directing was superb, if you liked 300, i'm sure you'll love watchmen jz as much as its the same director! I loved the way the director focuses on certain things during certain times, eg focusing on the the lips when one is talking etc

2. It's a long movie. It's 2 and a half hours, which makes it even more appealing than watching some 1 hour and 30 mins movie in the cinema. (that's how my brain process, value for each minute or movie, so the longer the movie is, the better! LOL~~)

3. it's darn good!

Quick, go watch it~~~~~~~~~~

A day at the hospital~

A day at the hospital to "clerk" a case, has been saddening.

Saddening because I found out that there's about half a million things which I do not know.

Yes. I have never been good in remembering drugs, but being reminded of that fact every time the lecturer asks us a question regarding the case, makes it even worse.

Although it was pretty fun to look at the patients and seeing how the hospital operates, but sitting down, figuring whether there's anything wrong, or potentially wrong with the case, is plain sadness.

This sadness boils down to the fact that this is the FIRST time we, Mpharmers, are sent to the hospital. *shhhh* better not let the uni knows, if not, our juniors will be sent for hospital attachments from sem 1 itself! LOL~~

Anyways, this will be part of what I will be facing in the future.
Itu ialah masa depan.
So the point is, worry later~~~~~

I shall go chill for now, and aim to pass this coming eos so that I can enjoy my short 13 months in scotland~~~~~ lalalalaa

Cute

Lately, this one song has been running in my mind.

It's a korean song, called Gee, sung by a group of girls called Girls Generation.
When I first heard it, I wasn't that into it, but after hearing it several times (while in the IMU's Ball President's car. *note: this song is repeated several times within one journey back to Klang*) I had to admit, the catchy tune got into me~~
And the next thing I knew, I was humming the song half of the time...but unfortunately for me, carrots doesnt like the song one bit. He says it's nosiy.... *sobs*

Next, I was shown the video to the song, along with all the cute dance steps and of course tall-lanky-leggy-fair-cute korean chicks~~

I was left dumb-founded wondering how those girls can be so darn tall, and leggy and cute all at the same time!

Thus, I began my daily mini-exercise regime, which consists of watching tv while playing with the hula-hoop, in hopes that my big fat thighs will reduce to the stick thin I mean leggy legs those korean chicks have.

Okay, maybe my legs aren't that fat, but it could be thinner right? like you zhuan's long sexy legs^^

So, other than having long legs in my checklist, I wanted to look cute. So I was left wondering how to achieve such "cute-ness".

I had a few BAD BAD experiences when I tried to act cute. And in those cases, ppl always tell me

"cute is NOT you"

or in other words

I am not the cute cute type of girls. *sigh*

HOWEVER, hope lighted up my day when I read this forwarded mail by Cucu a few days back where this girl was nicknamed "transformers". LOL~

Why so?As you can see, she transformed from the girl in the left to the CUTE girl on the right!

Yes, I was like OMG, is it even possible?
Well, then it showed the step by step make up techniques required to turn someone un-cute, to someone cute. *peas ponders*

So, technically speaking, if THAT girl can become so cute,
Why not me??? hahaha........

I have this old picture of mine taken way back in sem 1, which is like 2 years ago!!!

Cute or not? LOL~~~~

Yes, that girl, is me.
But I know I don't look like that all the time.
I still remember what Ray, my batch mate said when he saw that picture,

"HUH, that's you???"

OMG, I got a feeling that I can be the next transformer!!!
Peas Power~~~~ *Peas transforms with magical music at the back*

Of tagging~

Lately there's a craze on Facebook where ppl start tagging other people.
And thankfully I was remembered, and tagged,
But unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

For instance, Brendan tagged me twice for the same thing.....

I am now the sleeping queen in Brendan's list. *cheers????*
Well, actually I only sleep in class, or more specifically, I get sleepy when I start studying.
Which also explains why I am not able to study much for this past few days. I am hoping that I will be able to cover all the subjects I need to cover by my exams *prays hard*

Next up, sweet Wen Chin tagged me as....

Bao li ren... or the Violent One~~~~

Well, I may not be the sweetest person alive on earth, but I don't think I'm violent?

Or am I?

Here's a picture of little Peas which PohYee loves....
Then I did a little kung-fu shot for the convocation magazine......

So, am I violent????

You better tell me that I'm not. IF you do, you know I'm gonna kick ur ass~~~ LOL~~~~
